Questions people ask before booking.

How are coaching sessions conducted?
All sessions are 1:1 video calls with Andrew. Every session is recorded and sent to you afterward so you can review it anytime. Sessions are scheduled at a time that works for both of you.
What's the difference between a single session and a package?
A single session is one focused hour on whatever you need — great for a specific question or problem. Packages are multi-session programs with a structured plan: skills audits, action plans, mock interviews, and resume reviews. Packages build momentum over weeks; single sessions solve immediate problems.
Can I apply the intro session credit toward a package?
Yes — if you book the $75 intro session and then decide to purchase any coaching package, the $75 is credited toward the package price. Andrew will adjust it manually when you enroll.
Can I pay for packages in installments?
Yes — all three packages offer monthly payment plans. Starter is $150/mo × 3, Career Accelerator is $200/mo × 5, and Placement Ready is $250/mo × 6. Same total, spread out.
I'm completely new to IAM. Is coaching right for me?
If you're brand new, the intro session is the best place to start. Andrew will assess where you are and tell you honestly whether coaching makes sense now or if you should start with a course first. No upsell — just the truth.
What if I need to reschedule a session?
Life happens. Reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice and it's no problem. Package sessions don't expire — use them at whatever pace works for your schedule.
